Judge Starnella
After quoting multiple pages of Dr Gianturco's written and verbal testimony, the judge opined that "based on all that" she found that Gianturco's client had met their burdens and a ruling was made in their favor.
Judge Bain
After stating that he agreed with Dr. Gianturco's characterization of his expert report analyses as "a smoking gun", the judge found in favor of Gianturco's clients, with a summary judgment and sanctions against the opposing party.
